About Connie


With over two decades in education, Connie Hamilton Ed.S. has worn various hats—from elementary and middle school teacher to instructional coach. Her journey also led her to administrative roles, serving as a principal at both elementary and secondary levels, as well as a central office curriculum leader. In addition to her hands-on experience, Connie is the accomplished author of seven books for teachers and school leaders, covering topics such as questioning, group work, and effective leadership.

Throughout these diverse positions, Connie's dedication to fostering high-quality instruction has remained unwavering. In her mission to support educators, Connie actively collaborates with hundreds of teachers in their classrooms, providing job-embedded professional learning. She spearheads Collaboration and Instructional Feedback Teams (CIFTs), guiding educators through observing and sharing feedback in an authentic, collaborative coaching experience. Connie takes a personalized approach, offering feedback tailored to each teacher's classroom, students, and curriculum.
